            In divergent their is this girl named Beatrice who lives with her mother and sister and is about to get a test to determine what job she is going to get.  During this test she gets a very rare score that is call Divergent and that means she is special and their is a lot of good things with that and a lot of pressure during this time and it is going to be hard.
           Bearrice name gets changed to Divergent because of how rare she is and she can do a lot of good things during her time as divergent.  Also the main character connects yo another character in the hunger games it has the same concept as engineer but the main chracter I.
          Divergent is related to the main chracter in the hunger games novel and have a lot in common and also divergent is like the giver because thier is a chosen boy to become the giver and give good memories.  Si this kinds of tells me that all these SFI/Action books are all the same in a way.

So far their are Cubans trying to get to the Key West because in Cuba their leader is not treating right and are going poor their economy.  People in Cuba are telling their family members in different countries to buy them plane tickets to get out of their because their economy is falling and people are losing their jobs.


Cubans who cant offered plane tickets try to built boats to get out of Cuba and some make and some don't because some of their boats are poorly built.  Also the reason why Cubans are leaving Cuba is because Cubans want more freedom so they to the U.S and The country is going poor and family's are going broke.  Also Cuba is losing tours est from coming because of the recent events.


The Auhor is trying to say that Cubans are not happy with their leader and they want to go to the U.S for a fresh start.  Also how the Author supports her article is by using photos and data to show the reader whats going on in the Cuba.


This makes me think that about Cubans being hungry and having no money and it is sad because their are children and the leader is taking all the money and food.  Also this makes me think that why families are fleeing to Central or North America because of their leader who doesn't like his people.

In QB1 their is a kid named Joe who plays football for his high school and he has people bullying him because how he looks and talks.  Joe is the Quarterback for the Tigers who are number one in their division 12-0.  Joe has this friend named Lola who is a girl and likes.  But by the end the kids stop bullying him.

Non fiction Article ''Gunman killed as he attacks Canada's Parliament''

The gunman was an 32-year-old Michael Zehaf-Bibeau. He had a long criminal history with convictions for assault, robbery, drug and weapons offenses, and other crimes. A government official said Zehaf-Bibeau was a recent convert to Islam.

Harper described him as an "ISIL-inspired terrorist." He was referring to the extremist group Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant. It has also been called the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria ISIS. Levant is the English term for the land stretching from southern Turkey through Syria to Egypt.

ISIL has called for revenge against Canada and other Western countries because they joined the United States in a military air campaign against its fighters in Iraq and Syria.

The soldier guarding the National War Memorial was Corporal Nathan Cirillo. According to witnesses, Cirillo was shot at close range by Zehaf-Bibeau. The gunman carried a rifle and was dressed all in black with his face half-covered by a scarf. Witnesses said the gunman appeared to raise his arms in triumph, then headed for Parliament which is a few hundred yards away.

People fled the government building, where Canada's laws are made. Others took cover inside. Police with rifles and body armor took up positions outside and blocked off access to the normally busy streets around Parliament.

Darkness too visible By Meghan Cox Gurdon is about what teens should read.  For example the author talks about how a mother of an 13 year old girl who went barnes and noble in Maryland.  The author said that the mother was offended of what she saw in Barnes and noble.

Meghan Cox Gurdon talks about in her article about what teens should read.  The author gives different examples of ways that these books are not for are age group (18+) she was telling us all the banned books and what she feels we should read.  The Author evidence is the mother who went to Barnes and Noble to get a gift for her daughter and the banned books.

My personal opinion on this article is that she does not have any kids and does not know what we like to read she telling us that we should not read that because of strong language it’s not like we are going to say those words to someone.  The author said these books were related to movies and how they are inappropriate

Peak By Roland Smith By Philip Ragosta 803

This Book Peak the main character who gets blamed for another kids death for climbing a building like Peak did.  Peak passion is climbing buildings and mountains.  Also peak lives with her mother, stepfather and two twin brothers in New York city where they live.

My claim about Peak is that kids or adults should not follow what peak does if not properly trained in climbing.  For example when peak climbed a skyscraper in New York city and got caught by the police and arrested for trespassing.  But a fan of Peaks wanted to be like him so he climbed a building and only made it to 75ft and fell to his death.

Also towards the end of the book peak starts to realize that he should climb anymore because of what happened to that kid who died from his mistake.  So wants he comes back from thailand he is going to sell his equipment and go say sorry to the family for their kids death.

I stated that peak the main character was a bad influence on kids because he like climbing dangerous stuff like skyscrapers and mountains.  My idea for this responds to tell readers and people that you should not follow what peak.  I think teens would like this book it has action adventure and deaths.

This book is about a boy named Peak.  Who lived in New York city and loved to climb stuff.  But one day he climbed a sky scraper with his friend who fell off and died.  What i think about this book is sad and interesting because his friend dies and also he goes on a lot if adventures like going to Thailand, Kathmandu and much more places.  Peak might be the youngest person to climb Mount Everest with her father Josh.
